Return and Refunds Policies
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your date of receipt of your item,
unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Within 7 days upon receipt of your item, should the item especially laptop, tablet and
smartphone are dead on arrival (D.O.A) e.g not powering up, not functioning or no display,
you will be advised to obtain a D.O.A no from the respective authorised service agency,
email the no to us at support@notebookshop.com.my then proceed to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the DOA no issued
by the respective authorised service agency.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to
our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Do not ship the
damaged items back to us, this must be handled back by our shipping company. If you ship
the damaged item back to us, you will not receive a replacement or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
at support@notebookshop.com.my.
Exchanges (if applicable)
DOA items
You may request to replace DOA items as confirmed by respective service agency with a
valid DOA no within 7 days of receipt of the item. To exchange it for the same item as a
replacement for DOA items send us an email at support@notebookshop.com.my with the
DOA no and send your item to 1 st Floor, Digital Mall, No 2, Jalan 14/20, Section 14, 46100
Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Damaged Items
For damaged items, please contact us immediately at support@notebookshop.com.my with
a snapshot of the damaged item. Do not ship the damaged items back to us using your
shipping agents, this must be handled back by our shipping company. Please make sure
you contact us about any damaged shipments and let us handle in getting the items picked
up.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item, then your replacement item will be posted to you within 7
working days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 1 st Floor, Digital Mall, No 2, Jalan
14/20, Section 14, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be
deducted from your refund.
